200x microscope inspection of markings, leads, package integrity, and surface texture. Marking permanency test with acetone.
X-Ray Inspection
Non-destructive internal inspection: die size, wire bonds, lead frame, and void detection. Compare against known-good samples.
Solderability Test
Dip-and-look test per J-STD-002 to verify lead solderability after aging simulation. Prevents assembly defects.
Decapsulation
Chemical/laser decap to expose die. Verify manufacturer logo, die revision, and fabrication lot. Ultimate counterfeit detection.

Return any unused, unopened parts within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover return shipping for quality issues.
Counterfeit Full Refund + Penalty
If any part is proven counterfeit by an accredited lab, we provide a full refund plus 100% penalty compensation and cover all testing costs.
Functional Failure Replacement
Parts that fail functional testing within 30 days of delivery will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded.
